All Sales Are Final
As a company dedicated to creating and selling handcrafted art and handmade items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Each item is carefully made with attention to detail, and we ensure that it is in perfect condition before shipping it to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a resolution.
Note: ManzaLuxart will not cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. Once we receive the returned item, we will work with you to either replace it (if available) or issue a store credit for the same value.
